2. Delivery Conditions
- Single Service Purchase: If one service is purchased, delivery of confirmation and documentation will occur within 1–2 business days.
- Multiple Services Purchase: If more than one service is purchased, delivery may occur in separate communications. Customers will be informed of each service delivery individually.
- Unavailable Services: If a requested service is temporarily unavailable, customers will be notified promptly with alternative options or revised timelines.
- Different Sources: If services involve multiple suppliers or external partners (e.g., legal verification, property management), delivery may occur in separate stages, with notifications provided at each stage.
3. Delivery Time Frame
- Standard delivery of digital services and documentation is completed within 1–5 business days, depending on the complexity of the service.
- Urgent services may be prioritized upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.
4. Customer Notifications
- Customers will be notified at each stage of service delivery via email, SMS, or phone call.
- Notifications will include details of the service purchased, expected delivery timeline, and contact information for support.
5. Compliance Statement
- Mandatory Clause: Madaen Al-Omran Real Estate will NOT deal with or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
6. Exceptions
- Force Majeure: Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (technical issues, regulatory delays, or external partner dependencies) will be communicated promptly.
- Customer Responsibility: Customers must ensure accurate contact details (email, phone number) are provided to avoid delivery issues.
