2. Non-Refundable Items
- Certain types of services, such as customized property transactions, commissions already processed, and personal care-related services, are non-refundable.
- Sale or clearance items are also non-refundable unless defective or damaged.
3. Process for Refunds

- Once we review your request (and inspect any returned item if applicable), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original mode of payment within 5–10 business days.
Mandatory Clause: Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
